Overview

Where Parked ("the App", package com.myhome.whereparked) helps you remember parking places, zones, time limits, photos, notes, and reminders. The App is for personal organization only. This policy explains what data is processed and how.

Local Storage

The App stores the data you enter locally on your device, including parking place notes, zones, levels, time limits, dates, photos, reminder settings, language settings, and export preferences.

We do not operate a server for this App and do not receive these local records.

Location

The current build does not request Android fine or coarse location permission. If you type location notes manually, they remain local on your device unless you export or share them yourself.

Photos and Export

Optional photos are stored in the App's local private storage. If the App lets you export a text copy of your records, you choose where that exported data is sent or saved using Android sharing tools.

Advertising (AdMob)

Free users may see ads served by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device and usage data under Google's privacy terms. Where required, the App may show consent flows for ads.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases through Google Play Billing, for example to remove ads. Purchase state is checked with Google Play to determine active entitlements.

Notifications

If enabled by you, the App uses local notifications and alarms for reminders. On Android 13+, notification permission is requested by the system.

Third-Party Services

Data Deletion

You can remove your data by deleting records and photos inside the App, clearing app data in Android settings, or uninstalling the App.
